CSM Vision and Mission
Our vision focuses on client partnerships that result in doing the right projects
and doing them right through the integration and deployment of project management
and systems engineering as core competencies, implementing best practices, and institutionalizing
process improvements.
Our mission is to enable our clients to deliver consistently solutions that work
- the first time - through transfer of knowledge and skills. We have helped build
successful project teams at numerous Fortune 500 companies and government agencies,
significantly improving their project performance.
CSM has about eighty employees and associates working across the United States and
around the world orchestrated from our primary business office in Northern Virginia.
Many of our instructors and consultants are qualified to work in classified project
environments.
We specialize in creative and practical solutions for complex systems, both large
and small, where a disciplined, orderly process is recognized as a key element of
project success. We measure our own success by how well our clients succeed. We
are particularly proud of our reputation for listening to our customers and winning
their loyalty, including CSM's first customer with whom we are still doing business
– a win/win relationship for almost two decades.
