High Maturity Workshop
Using measurements and quantitative techniques to meet business objectives the CSM High Maturity Workshop guides participants through a progressive understanding of the use of quantitative management in meeting an organization's business goals and objectives. Each participant decomposes the elements of organizational goals and objectives into measurable and traceable components. The design of this workshop is unique so that any participant can gain value by attending, you don't have to be a statistical guru!
