The Center for Systems Management, Inc. (CSM) is an employee-owned company providing
training and consulting services in
Systems Management - the integration of
Systems Engineering, Project
Management and Performance Improvement.
CSM partners with clients to deliver integrated solutions with sustainable value
from the project level to the highest organization level.
Dedicated to client service since 1989 The Center for Systems Management is built
upon three pillars of expertise: Systems
Engineering, Project Management
and Performance Improvement.
CSM partners with clients to solve critical Systems Management issues, offering
integrated solutions or independent first-rate service in each of these specialized
practice areas. CSM clients benefit from our ability to draw upon knowledge across
practices to address wide-ranging, interrelated and difficult issues. With decades
of experience understanding the requirements of adult learners, CSM effectively

High Maturity Workshop
|
|
Using measurements and quantitative techniques to meet business objectives the CSM
High Maturity Workshop guides participants through a progressive understanding of
the use of quantitative management in meeting an organization's business goals and
objectives. Each participant decomposes the elements of organizational goals and
objectives into measurable and traceable components. The design of this workshop
is unique so that any participant can gain value by attending, you don't have to
be a statistical guru!
