Jim was CEO of the business for 5 years before taking on the role of Deputy Chairman. He played reasonable rugby in the last century and is married with 4 children.
After more than 10 years growing our constituent agency Essentially, Matt moved across to lead our global business. Outside of his family, his passions are golf, West Ham and a decent drop of wine.
In 2000, Kevin set up Frontiers Group with his brother, Matthew. Kevin has a specific focus on client retention & acquisition.
David has extensive experience in sports marketing and joined us from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he served as the head of group brand and marketing.
Charlotte joined us as Group People & Talent Director in February 2015. Prior to this, she was HR Director for iLUKA.
After a decade driving the growth of our Talent business, Tim became MD of our specialist football business, Playerworks CSM. Tim is a family man, sports nut and CSM Fantasy Football heavyweight.
Joining our constituent agency Essentially in 2013 as Client Services Director, Sarah became MD of our Brands team in January 2017. She is a keen sportswoman, and represented Scotland in many sports.
Oli joined us in 2015, having previously worked for four years at the leading sports law firm, Charles Russell Speechlys. He now heads up our legal team across EMEA and APAC.
Alastair qualified as a chartered accountant, having spent nearly a decade with PwC working across a wide variety of sectors. He now heads up our Live team.
David works with rights holders to optimise their broadcast programmes & with brands to develop sponsorship investments. Outside work, he plays off scratch and should spend more time with his family.
Sarah leads our brand marketing & communications, ensuring all our global offices live & breathe our bold positioning. Away from work, you’ll find her scoring at the cricket or at a music festival.
Rainer is our CFO, focusing on continuous integration and efficiency improvement efforts. In his free time, he is a keen supporter of F1 and enjoys spending time with his family.
John has amassed over 15 years experience in the Project and Account Management areas of sport events. A qualified Management Accountant, John builds successful teams to deliver event requirements.
Mike moved into commercial rights in 2005 and now heads up our Rights team across EMEA and APAC. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his beloved Liverpool.
Nacho set up Fast Track Spain, now part of CSM, in 2002 to specialise in sponsorship consulting and commercial partnerships. His passions are Ironman, cycling, sailing, gastronomy and fine wines.
Scott is our communications and PR guru. Joining us from GSK, he has led a resurgence in the brands team. He enjoys falconry, and is an amateur sommelier.
Aled runs our Strategy & Consultancy offering, helping brands make informed sponsorship decisions. Away from work, he is most likely to be feeding a voracious need to visit new cities.
A brand marketing professional for 20 years, Chris now leads our motorsports team for EMEA & APAC. Outside of work, he is most likely to be spending time with his family or watching Gloucester rugby.
Paul has brought some of the biggest brands into motorsport across multiple markets. Outside of work, you'll find him on a spin bike or at the Stoop watching the Quins.
Charlotte heads up the Jaguar Land Rover team managing all Global and UK properties. An avid sports fan and a Chelsea season ticket holder, most Saturdays you will find her at the Bridge with her Dad.
Stuart leads our Planning Division within Brands, helping to put creativity at the heart of client work. He also enjoys spending time with his family, craft ale & worrying about Coventry City.
Jason leads our Brands marketing & media proposition to help drive positive ROI for brands, athletes and rights holders. A west country boy who loves nothing more than navigating hills on his bike.
Luke founded the corporate hospitality division in 2008 & has overseen its growth into a market leading agency. Away from that, he can be found playing squash, hockey or at home with his 2 daughters.
Johnny heads up our Content and Creative Planning, with extensive knowledge in the creation of branded content for social media & TV. When not on a shoot, he’s a keen golfer and lover of food & drink!
Joining in 2013, Nino works across the business on sponsorship strategy, data analytics and measurement & evaluation. Outside of work, he likes to crunch the numbers on strategy games.
James joined us in 2017 and now leads our relationship with LaLiga on commercial partnerships within the Rights division. A keen sportsman, he competed at international level.
Mike is a European Sponsorship Association diploma graduate, with extensive experience working with global brands to use the medium of sport to meet their B2B and B2C objectives.
Ali currently heads up the marketing for our new Active division. In his spare time, he can be found watching Arsenal or training for his next running or cycling event.
Having joined in 2015, Anjali now leads the account management of our Sport & Entertainment client portfolio. Away from work, you’ll find her running around South London or finding new brunch spots.
Jonathan leads the group relations team at CSM Live, feeding his expertise into the wider group. He spends most weekends coaching Guildford Rugby Club U14s or ferrying 3 kids to various tournaments.
Max heads up external agency relations for our Live division. Outside of work, he can be found on the tennis court or touchline coaching at his kids' sports matches.
Tom started with us in 2007 & has been part of the client servicing division since, working with our Brand and Rights Holder clients. Outside of work, you’ll find Tom playing awful golf and tennis!
