Spirit of Rugby: Men That Care with Jack Nowell

Launching Dove Men+Care’s Spirit of Rugby Campaign

Dove Men+Care is expanding its support of international rugby, partnering with the World Rugby Awards in 2018. This new relationship builds on their already impressive rugby portfolio, which has included partnerships with the England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales international teams.
To celebrate this exciting new partnership the brand is launching its first in a series of films on the ‘Spirit of Rugby.’ These films, which will be released throughout the summer, celebrate outstanding acts of care in the rugby community.

The first film follows England international, Jack Nowell, in his ongoing support for the Royal National Lifeboats Institution (RNLI), a charity close to his heart. Coming from a long line of trawlermen, Jack knows first-hand the vital role the charity plays. Volunteers rescued his Dad in November 2017 when his trawler broke down in the early hours of the morning. In an act of care, Jack makes a visit to Penlee Lifeboat Station to help raise awareness for the great work that the RNLI do in keeping the local fishing community safe.
