Another important step in the global reorganisation of the business
At the BT Sport Industry Awards 2017
in London ICON, our award-winning brand and live experience agency, was officially unveiled as ‘CSM Live’. This announcement is aligned to our ongoing global reorganisation of our individual agencies under a single, unified brand presence.
ICON have been part of the group for more than five years, working closely with our multiple business areas across our 26 offices in 18 countries. There are no operational changes as a result of the rebrand, with no changes in management. Our specialist retail division will continue to exist and operate as ICON retail, now with its own dedicated website: www.icon-retail.com
All of CSM Live’s existing clients will continue to receive the same outstanding service provided but now have seamless access to the comprehensive range of capabilities, expertise and experience that sit within the group.
Ahead of the unveiling at the BT Sports Industry Awards, CSM Live’s CEO Alastair Bewick commented: “We’re proud of what we have achieved as ICON, and equally excited about what the future holds as CSM Live. This is not about operational change but the ambition to make our offer, and that of CSM, more easily understandable and ultimately to provide a better overall service to our clients”.
