Bolt Lights up London one Final Time
As Usain Bolt prepared to run his last ever 100m race, our creative technology and innovation specialists, delivered state-of-the-art projections for Virgin Media. To pay homage to the fastest man ever to take to the track, Virgin Media, via our team, beamed Bolt onto the streets of London for a virtual victory lap to celebrate his incredible record-breaking career.
The activity was all captured in a cutting edge video and in the film Bolt is seen running through well known locations and across famous landmarks, while taking in some of his favourite haunts in the capital.
Up the road at the Olympic Stadium, the fairy-tale finale wasn’t to be for the record-breaking sprinter but his achievements needed no gloss. The lights on the streets of London may have only been fleeting but the light shone on the Athletics world by this most extraordinary Olympian will burn infinitely.
The Open Gets the Royal Treatment
As the World's best golfers battled to lay their hands on the famous Claret Jug at Royal Birkdale, the R&A would have been happy knowing that The Open was creating unforgettable sporting tales on a stage that couldn’t look any better.
Building on our strong ongoing partnership, The Open once again used us to transform one of the finest links courses in England and deliver a world-class event for competitors and fans alike. As a global leader in creating and delivering live experiences, we were responsible for implementing branding and signage across the entirety of The Open 2017, including the 1st and 18th hole grandstands, tee signage across all 18 holes, internal fit out of the Autograph Zone and entrance for the Claret Jug Pavilion.
