Employee Engagement

The Hong Kong Sevens is one of the region’s flagship sporting events, providing co-title sponsor HSBC with a prime opportunity with which to engage its substantial workforce in the market.

Objectives for the bank included building awareness of the sponsorship and invoking pride amongst its employees.
We created and delivered a number of unique initiatives that would excite and engage employees in the build up to the tournament, including a Wellbeing Workshop and the ‘Ride to Power HSBC’ cycling challenge.

HSBC’s global rugby ambassadors, Ben Ryan and Brian O’Driscoll added an element of stardust whilst providing employees with a unique meet and greet opportunity.
