For the last three years, we have been responsible for planning and delivering the annual Longines World’s Best Racehorse Awards ceremony, which honours the highest achieving racehorses in the world and their connections who excel at the highest level of the sport.
The event has taken place in Claridge’s Hotel, London, in January for the last three years and is attended by 200 VIPs from the global horseracing community. Working closely with the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities, we have been trusted with delivering operations, branding, event production, PR & communications, social media and guest communications.
Longines has been passionate about horseracing since 1878 and is proud to lend its name to the World’s Best Racehorse Rankings. We have made sure that Longines is seen at the very heart of this event and devised a 360-degree communication strategy, incorporating Longines' key messaging into international media relations, video production and social media.
Each year, we have generated over 200 pieces of media coverage for Longines, with an average global readership reach of 3.3 million. All of the coverage included key messaging for Longines and visible Longines branding. Previous coverage has including features in the Times, BBC Sport, Daily Mail, At The Races, Racing UK, Sky Sports News, Racing.com, NBC, Town & Country Magazine, CNN and the Racing Post.
