Verizon’s INDYCAR Series Title Sponsorship was formed to provide unheard of, exclusive access to corporate guests, Verizon customers, and fans alike while featuring the advanced technology Verizon provides in the sport. With this goal in mind, we asked ourselves, “what kind of access can Verizon provide that no other partner can?”
Located on pit row at each race during the INDYCAR season, the Verizon Pit View is a premium viewing station, bringing invited executive guests and lucky Verizon customers closer to the action than they can get with any other partner. A first of its kind, we provide a high-end, exclusive location to experience team pit stops mere feet away.
Guests are invited by Verizon or are lucky fans who win an upgrade through engagement with the CSM-managed @PaddockInsider Twitter account. Not only is the experience top notch, but guests receive a first-hand look at how the Verizon technology enhances the viewing experience through the Verizon IndyCar app. Pit View includes 11 TVs to view the race from multiple angles around the track, timing & scoring feeds, telemetry, and track maps making guests feel as if they are sitting on a pit box with the head engineer. We also manage complimentary Pit Kiosks along Pit Row which have screens with similar content and highly-demanded phone chargers at each race.
The 2017 Verizon Pit View was the 3rd year of the program, garnering over 300 exclusive experiences for guests and customers. The program exceeds the expectations and needs of the client year over year, proving that Verizon is ‘always on’ at every race. We are in our 10th year working with Verizon, and Pit View is traveling to INDYCAR races for the 2018 season.
