London Stadium transformed for Cubs v Cardinals

Last month, our team excelled in putting together the spectacular MLB World Tour: London Series between St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs. More than 110,000 fans packed the transformed London Stadium across the weekend to witness a split series between the two sides.

Our remit was all encompassing, covering event marketing, ticket strategy and sales, hospitality product development and sales, strategic planning and venue operations, the fan experience, player transportation, in-game entertainment, venue dressing and an exclusive VIP reception. CSM Live were also tasked with transforming the 100m warm up track underneath the West Stand into fully functional Clubhouses, changing rooms and back of house areas.

With the MLB World Tour: London Series returning in 2024 and 2026, the bespoke Clubhouse installation will be left in place and become a unique stopping point during stadium tours.

Planning and preparation will shortly commence as the New York Mets face the Philadelphia Phillies in 2024.
