Player Of the Month 2020/21
AIA wanted to create a digital marketing campaign aimed at generating sales leads for AIA and building awareness around its partnership with Tottenham Hotspur. The campaign had to run across multiple AIA markets in Asia.
What We Did
We developed a campaign that targeted the huge football fan base within the region, running a monthly voting campaign in 10 of AIA’s key markets, which directed users to a microsite to vote for their player of the Month/Season.
Users were able to review footage of the players in action before leaving their vote. They were asked for first party data in exchange for the chance to win a signed Spurs shirt or fitness watch. After voting, users also could take part in a questionnaire which helped collect important user data for markets.
The program ran in the 2020/21 season, with a refreshed call to action, new creative and a total of 10 markets becoming involved.
We created an engaging campaign to put AIA’s products in front of new customers and gave sales agents the opportunity to educate consumers with follow-up conversations. As a result, sales and market engagement have increased significantly.
