The Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens & HSBC Singapore Sevens
HSBC challenged us to create diverse activation programmes around the brands’ sponsorship assets, with a key focus on VIP hospitality, guest experience and rewards for its customers.
What We Did
Across both the Hong Kong Sevens and Singapore Sevens, we managed five exclusive hospitality areas, providing guests a unique experience in each themed space. Personalised gifting, 5-star catering, exclusive meet and greets with HSBC’s global ambassadors, and a ‘money can’t buy’ stadium tour provided a bespoke hospitality programme with surprise and delight moments for all guests.
HSBC’s sustainability efforts were also promoted across event delivery including hospitality build, sustainable gifting and reduced plastic use. Family friendly initiatives, including Family Friday and the Kid Zone, allowed families and children access into all areas of HSBC’s hospitality to enjoy the experience.
We successfully delivered VIP Hospitality programmes for HSBC to connect and engage with new and existing customers. This helped drive value, fostered better client relationships and supported the growth of the local business.
Across both tournaments, 2,826 unique guests attended the HSBC hospitality programme, with 75% rating their event as excellent. 67 guests enjoyed the Money Can’t Buy stadium tours and two children of VIP guests were given the opportunity to be an HSBC Ball Carrier for the finals on Sunday.
