We were hired by former client, Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) to lead its global sponsorship efforts following our successful relationship with the USTA/US Open, which ran for more than eight years.
What we did
Continuing to build on our trusted method for success, our responsibilities included research, packaging of assets, prospecting, booking introductory calls and meetings, creating term sheet proposals and presentations, and helping the WTA negotiate deals.
The WTA Tour is the leading global women’s sports tour celebrating its 50th year in 2023. At a time when women’s sport is only growing in popularity and stature, and brands are more focused than ever before on equal opportunity, women in leadership, and diversity & inclusion, the WTA is well-positioned to help brands engage with millions of affluent, gender-balanced professional tennis fans worldwide.
