Ian Poulter signs as Brand Ambassador
This month, our Middle East office announced Ryder Cup hero, Ian Poulter, as the Brand Ambassador for global trade enabler and port operator, DP World. The partnership, which CSM negotiated on behalf of DP World, is an integral part of the golf platform that the team pitched back in 2018, enabling the business to better leverage its ten-year association with the European Tour.
As well as proudly displaying DP World’s logo on the left sleeve of his clothing at all tournaments, Poulter, nicknamed 'The Postman' for his reliable delivery on the big occasion, will help the business connect in a meaningful way with partners and stakeholders in its key markets around the world. The ambassadorship will also see the golf legend playing, coaching and attending major championships and Pro-Ams as well as working with the Emirates Golf Federation to coach young stars and help shape the future of golf in the region.
On his announcement as brand ambassador, Poulter commented: “I am delighted to be representing DP World and have no doubt that this partnership will be fruitful.
